EVAGELIA PANAGIOTOPOULOU
" I use photography as a means to enter into an unexplored dimension, discover the indistinguishable aspects of the ordinary, along with some hidden qualities of myself. My choice of subject comes from a place of intuition, stories that unfold around me or beauty that decoys me to be captured. I look for the light within the shadows, the colour within the hazy and the uncommon facet of the common. I am interested in captivating the passage of time by preserving a random moment in time, a framed moment which I create through my viewfinder that is only real to me. "
